The First Step…
In order to unlock your wii console properly you will need a computer with a working internet connection.

You then need to find your self a 2gb sd card and sd card loader – you can find them in a digital camera if you have one? If not they are really cheap at your local electronics store.
The Third Step…

The Fourth Step…
Save the unlock wii software that you just downloaded to your sd card.
The Fifth Step…
Locate your nintendo wii consoles sd slot so you can insert you new unlock wii sd card.
The Sixth Step…
Insert your wii unlock software sd card into your nintendo wii console. Make sure your wii is turned on with no game inserted. Let you nintendo wii console boot up…
The Seventh Step…
