How do i get abs without dieting?

well im 5′2 and about 92 pounds. im 14. i use the ablounge every day for 15minutes and do Wii Fit. what else can i do to get a better body?

im very sorry but even with the strongest abs in the world if you have a layer of fat covering it you abs will never show. it is impossible to have abs without dieting. but not all diets have to make you hungry or feel bad. if you run or bike everyday and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, you will feel good and look good within a matter of weeks. if you are only 92 pounds then you wont have to do that much to see a drastic improvement
